• Intelligent synchronization with BSY+ motor electronics, allows up to 4 drives to work in tandem on a single large or heavy window frame.
• Programable chain stroke lengths, extensive stroke lengths up to 800mm, providing large aerodynamic free area for ventilation.
• Anti-pinch protection prevents injury or damage if an object is detected in the window’s closing path, crucial for school and public sector projects.
• Smart building integration with ACB (Advanced Communication Bus) allows the window automation to “talk” directly to the building management system for centralised control.
• CDM actuators are tested to EN 12101-2 standards, which are recognised under New Zealand building solutions for natural smoke and heat exhaust.
