• Extreme stability high performance chain, designed to handle the increased weight of heavy commercial sashes and skylights without buckling. Specialised mounting brackets, for compatibility with heavy duty joinery suites.
• Intelligent synchronization with BSY+ motor electronics, allows up to 4 drives to work in tandem on a single large or heavy window frame.
• Programable chain stroke lengths, extensive stroke lengths from 300mm up to 1500mm, providing large aerodynamic free area for ventilation.
• Anti-pinch protection prevents injury or damage if an object is detected in the window’s closing path, crucial for public sector projects.
• CDP actuators are tested to EN 12101-2 standards, which are recognised under New Zealand building solutions for natural smoke and heat exhaust.
• In fire applications, the drives feature a “High Speed” mode to reach the full opening stroke in under 60 seconds, rapidly clearing toxic gases.
